Afterpeak F1 Superyacht Abu Dhabi 2025

1. INTRODUCTION These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the sale and use of passes ("Passes") for access to the Chauhan Ventures FZCO ("CV") 164ft THUNDER Superyacht (operating under the name Afterpeak F1 Superyacht Abu Dhabi 2025) ("Yacht"), during the Formula 1® Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2025 ("Event"). By purchasing, holding, or using a Pass, you ("Pass Holder") agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

2. PASSES AND ACCESS

  • Validity: Each Pass grants the Pass Holder a revocable license to access the Yacht for the specified dates and times during the Event. Timings will be specified by CV in writing a maximum of 14 days prior to the Event.

  • Personal Use: Passes are for personal use only and cannot be resold, transferred, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of CV. Any Passes found to have been resold will be voided without refund.

  • Security: CV, in conjunction with Yas Marina Circuit security, reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the Yacht or marina premises who violates these T&Cs or poses a security risk. Pass Holders must present a valid Pass and a government-issued photo ID upon request.

  • Non-Transferable: Passes are non-transferable and cannot be resold, transferred, or assigned to another individual without the express written consent of Chauhan Ventures FZCO ("CV"). Any attempt to transfer or resell a Pass will render it void without refund. Exceptions may be made but must be confirmed in writing by a representative of CV.

  • Guest Manifest: For security purposes and as required by the event organizers, each Pass Holder is responsible for providing the full name and passport/ID details of all guests on their booking. This guest list must be submitted to CV at least seven (7) days prior to the start of the Event. Failure to provide this information by the deadline may result in denied access to the Yacht and the marina, without a refund.

  • Pass Collection & Access: Your physical pass for the yacht will be available for collection at the designated reception area of the yacht itself, located at Yas Marina. Details regarding the exact location and access to the marina for this collection will be communicated to you via the contact details provided in your booking, closer to the event. The price of your pass includes access to both the yacht and the wider circuit marina, in accordance with Yas Marina Circuit's regulations. By purchasing a pass, you and all guests automatically agree to and are bound by the official F1 and Yas Marina Circuit terms and conditions in addition to these T&Cs.

3. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

  • Final Sale: All Pass sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once a purchase is confirmed. 

  • Pass Resale Assistance: Chauhan Ventures FZCO ("CV") may, at its sole discretion, offer assistance for the resale of passes on behalf of a Pass Holder. This service is not guaranteed and is offered on a best-efforts basis. Should a resale be successfully executed by CV, the Pass Holder agrees to a 10% commission on the final resale price. The Pass Holder acknowledges that CV does not guarantee the resale of any pass and is not liable for any financial loss if the pass is not resold.

  • Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the F1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix is canceled, postponed, or modified, CV is not responsible for any costs incurred by the Pass Holder, including travel or accommodation expenses. CV will, at its sole discretion, determine if any compensation, such as a partial refund or credit for a future event, will be offered.

  • No Show: Failure to attend the Event will not result in a refund or credit.

  • Inclusions: Your pass includes a premium open bar, afternoon and evening canapés, a buffet lunch, onboard entertainment, and branded experiences. Please note that additional inclusions may be announced closer to the event.

  • Taxes and Fees: All prices are inclusive of the 5% VAT (Value Added Tax) imposed by the UAE government. All payments, including those made with credit cards or cryptocurrency, may be subject to a separate processing or transaction fee, for which the customer will be responsible.

  • Force Majeure and Event Changes: In the event that the F1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix is cancelled, postponed, or modified, CV will not be held liable for any costs incurred by the Pass Holder, including but not limited to travel and accommodation. We will not be responsible for any changes to the race schedule, team participation, or entertainment lineup as these are at the discretion of the F1 organizers. Guests are not entitled to a refund or exchange due to such changes.CV shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulations, or adverse weather conditions. The Pass Holder agrees that CV will not be responsible for any losses incurred due to the cancellation, postponement, or modification of the Event by the official organizers, as these events are beyond CV's control. In the event of such a circumstance, CV will, on a best-efforts basis, attempt to recover funds from relevant third parties and may offer credits towards future experiences, but does not guarantee any specific outcome, refund, or credit.

4. CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Behavior: Pass Holders are expected to act in a respectful and orderly manner. Any Pass Holder displaying disruptive, intoxicated, or inappropriate behavior may be removed from the Yacht and the marina without a refund.

  • Prohibited Items: Pass Holders are prohibited from bringing any illegal substances, weapons, or items deemed a security or hazard risk onto the Yacht.

  • Age Restriction: You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase a Pass and attend the Event. Proof of age may be required.

  • Compliance with Instructions: All Pass Holders and their guests must comply with the instructions of the CV staff and yacht crew at all times. CV reserves the right to remove any individual from the yacht and the marina premises who fails to comply with these instructions or whose behavior is deemed disruptive, a safety risk, or in violation of these T&Cs. Such removal will be at the individual's sole expense and without a refund.

  • Onboard Rules & Conduct:

    • Smoking Policy: Smoking, including the use of vapes or e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the yacht. It is only permitted in the designated outdoor areas. Any guest found to be in violation of this policy will be subject to an immediate fine of AED 5,000, payable to CV, in addition to any separate fines or penalties imposed by Yas Marina or the F1 Circuit organizers. The guest will also be held liable for the full cost of any damages to the yacht caused by non-compliance with this rule.

    • Shoes Policy: For the preservation of the yacht, all guests are required to remove their shoes upon boarding. Staff will collect and securely store your shoes, which can be returned upon request or at the conclusion of your visit.

    • Prohibited Items: The following items are strictly prohibited on board the yacht and in the marina area:

      • All firearms, weapons, and dangerous objects.

      • Illegal substances.

      • Outside food or beverages (F&B) of any kind.

      • Professional cameras with interchangeable lenses or video recording devices (drones).

      • Large bags, suitcases, or luggage.

      • Flammable materials, fireworks, or explosives.

      • Any Items that the yacht crew and CV staff deem to be a security or hazard risk to the yacht and the Event.

    • Lost Property: While CV and its crew will endeavor to assist in the recovery of any lost items, we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. It is your sole responsibility to safeguard your possessions. Any search for lost items will be conducted at a time that does not interfere with the primary duties of the staff and crew, including the smooth operation of the event.

5. LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

  • Assumption of Risk: The Pass Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the Event, including the risk of injury, death, or property damage. Motorsport is dangerous, and attendance is at your own risk.

  • Limitation of Liability: CV is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by a Pass Holder, except where caused by CV's gross negligence. CV is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

  • Indemnification: The Pass Holder agrees to indemnify and hold CV and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Pass Holder's actions or breach of these T&Cs.

  • Limitation of Liability (Force Majeure): CV shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulations, or adverse weather conditions. The Pass Holder agrees that CV will not be responsible for any losses incurred due to the cancellation, postponement, or modification of the Event by the official organizers, as these events are beyond CV's control.

6. Intellectual Property & Photography

  • Intellectual Property Rights: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the company name "Chauhan Ventures FZCO" ("CV"), logos, brand names (i.e. “Afterpeak”, “Afterpeak F1 Superyacht”, “Afterpeak F1 Superyacht Abu Dhabi 2025”), brand logos and website content, are the sole and exclusive property of CV. The purchase of a pass does not grant the guest any right or license to use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without our express written consent.

  • Photography and Media Consent: You acknowledge and agree that CV will have professional photographers and videographers present on the yacht during the event. By entering the yacht, you and all guests irrevocably consent to being photographed or recorded. You grant CV a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute this material without any limitations, for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing, promotion, and public relations, without any further consent or compensation.

7. MISCELLANEOUS

  • Governing Law: These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
